Protecting the privacy of our customers is the most important issue for us. Therefore, we present a document explaining the rules and the way in which we are collecting, processing and using  information about our customers.

Shipping policy:

We are not responsible for uninsured orders that will be lost, damaged or undelivered. Please make sure to correct and complete the address.

Estimated delivery time:

Most orders will be shipped from our office within 1 - 2 business days of payments received and cleared.
We ship all orders from Monday to Saturday. Weekends orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, if Monday is a Holiday. Delivery time  for all domestic orders is 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery time for international orders is 5 to 15 business days.

International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

Note: We don't use the word 'jewelry' on the external packaging!

Money back guarantee:

We are very confident that our fine products will meet and surpass your expectations, as your satisfaction is our utmost priority and goal. However, if for any reason you are not completly satisfied you may return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Unlike other companies, we do not collect a restocking fee, and guarantee a full refund or exchange.
Be assured that we will always honor our guarantee of your 100% satisfaction with your accessories purchase. We will speedily process your refund and credit your card for the purchase amount, no questions asked.


Returns and exchanges:

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the accessories within 30 days and we will exchange or refund the purchase price.
A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received.
The accessories must be returned in its orginal condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company's negligence.

How to return?

  1. Please email us at to let us know you are returning the accessories. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return accessories and a copy of the invoice.
  2. The accessories should be mailed in a box, not an envelope as the accessories may be crushed in an envelope.

  3. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was delivered to us.
  4. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned accessories. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
  5. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund accessories lost or stolen in the mail while in delivery from you to us.


How to exchange?

We will be happy to exchange your purchased items.
When you send your items back to us please tell us (on a copy of the invoice) what items you would like to receive for an exchange. Be sure to include the item style name, type and the price. We will credit your account for the amount of the returned items, then charge you for the replacement items and your new items will be on its way to your door.
If you would like your items to be exchanged faster - just order your new items online and also, at the same time, mail your returned items to us. Your new items will arrive within 2-3 business days and when we receive your returned items, we will credit your card for the amount of purchase. Checks and money orders

We accept all checks and money orders (in USD only). All personal and business checks will be held until they are cleared.
